Today, Oculus VR announced its second annual developer conference, Oculus Connect 2, will take place September 23 through 25th 2015, at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood, CA.
According to Oculus, nearly 1,000 developers attended the first ‘Connect’ conference last year, and since then we expect this year’s event to be even greater, as the company begins to approach the highly-anticipated consumer release of its Oculus Rift virtual reality headset in early 2016.
This year’s ‘Connect 2’ conference will once again bring together VR developer’s from around the world to share ideas, inspire creativity, and discuss innovative ways to create the best virtual reality experiences possible.
Featured keynote presentations from Oculus’ top execs Brendan Iribe, John Carmack, and Michael Abrash are expected at the conference, and will provide attendees with a wealth of knowledge and insight on “everything developers need to know to launch on the Rift and Gear VR.”
If you are interested in attending the Connect 2 conference, tickets will be available on the official Oculus Connect website beginning in June.
