Oculus Connect 5 Developer Conference Set for Sept. 26th-27th
Oculus has officially announced that its fifth annual developer conference, Oculus Connect, will take place on September 26th-27th at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, CA.
Oculus Connect 5 (OC5) marks a noteworthy milestone for the company, as the VR community’s biggest annual event now enters its fifth year. At this year’s OC5 event, Oculus plans to celebrate the last five years of VR breakthrough achievements and will offer a glimpse into what we can expect in the next five years to come.
“It’s been five years of pioneering a medium, doing what’s never been done, and building the dream of VR together,” the company states on the official OC5 website. “Now, we hope you’ll join us as we look forward to five more years of defying the limits of reality.”
The two-day event promises to once again bring together the VR community where developers, engineers, designers, and industry leaders from around the world will gather to explore new ideas, learn about cutting-edge technological advancements, innovative concepts, and inspire others to help shape the future of virtual reality.
While Oculus did not share any specific details about OC5, the company says we can expect more information on OC5 registration and scheduled tech talks revealed in the coming months ahead. We will keep you updated!
